2.3 Registration Information. 2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on park98: individuals under 21 years of age; individuals who have been self-excluded from park98 or from other gaming platforms; employees, contractors, or agents of park98 or its affiliated entities; individuals using automated scripts, bots, or other non-human registration mechanisms.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your park98 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. park98 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication via your registered Pakistani mobile number.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify park98 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any suspected breach of security. park98 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs before you have notified park98 in accordance with this clause.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). park98 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport; proof of residential address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not been accessed for a period of 12 consecutive months with a balance greater than zero will be classified as dormant. park98 will make reasonable efforts to contact you using your registered contact details prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Dormant account administration fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the park98 promotions and account policies section.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. park98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at park98's discretion, subject to notification on the Platform.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform. These limits may be amended from time to time. High-value transactions may require additional KYC documentation before processing.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. park98 targets processing all verified withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within 20 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required, during periods of high transaction volume, or where the receiving financial institution experiences delays. Park98 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests will only be processed once KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily. Funds deposited and not played through at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
4.5 Transaction Responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your deposit and withdrawal details are accurate. park98 shall not be liable for funds sent to an incorrect account or wallet number provided by you.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by park98 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each individual promotion. Only games expressly listed as contributing to wagering requirements will count toward fulfilling them.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit, as specified in the individual promotion. Any unclaimed or unmet bonus funds will be removed from your account balance automatically upon expiry without compensation.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. park98 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures; and withdrawing funds prior to meeting wagering requirements through refund exploitation. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
5.5 park98's Discretion. park98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. The company may refuse to grant a bonus to any Player at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on park98 are subject to acceptance by park98. park98 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification within the Platform.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds being displayed due to a system error, park98 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players' accounts. Winnings arising from manifestly erroneous odds will not be honoured. park98 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly.
6.3 Sports Betting — PSL and Cricket. All cricket betting markets, including PSL markets, are governed by park98's sports betting rules. Bets on matches that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be handled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market, as published on the Platform. In-play betting results are final once the relevant event outcome is determined, subject to the settlement rules for that market.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. park98 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or across a Player's account in any 24-hour period. These limits will be displayed in the relevant game or betting section and may be varied by park98 at its discretion.
6.5 Casino Games. All casino games offered by park98 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel. park98 does not guarantee that any Player will win or break even through casino play.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct when using the park98 Platform:
park98 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

10.1 Platform Availability. park98 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or events beyond park98's reasonable control. park98 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, park98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if park98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. park98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Content. The park98 Platform may contain games, content, or tools provided by third-party licensors. park98 is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of third-party content and does not endorse or assume liability for it.
11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your park98 Account at any time by contacting park98 customer support via the 24/7 live chat facility. Upon receipt of your closure request, park98 will process any withdrawable balance to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC requirements are met. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
11.2 Termination by park98. park98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; prolonged inactivity; or where continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory or legal risk to park98.
11.3 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination for breach or fraud, park98 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where account closure is initiated by park98 for legitimate regulatory reasons and no breach has been found, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.
park98 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, park98 will provide notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via an on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment's effective date.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Older versions of this Agreement are available upon request.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which park98 holds its operating licence. These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law in Pakistan.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and park98, you should first contact park98's customer support team via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. park98 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
13.3 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved between you and park98 directly within 14 days, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or the licensing authority that issued park98's operating licence. 13.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and park98 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
